In accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine:The goods that the seller transfers or is obliged to transfer to the buyer, must meet the requirements regarding its quality at the time of its transfer to the buyer, unless another moment for determining the conformity of the goods with these requirements is established by the contract of sale.
The law or the contract may establish a period within which the seller guarantees the quality of the goods (warranty period).
The quality guarantee of the goods applies to all components, unless otherwise provided by the contract.
The warranty period begins from the moment the goods are transferred to the buyer, unless otherwise provided by the contract of sale.
The warranty period established by the contract of sale is extended by the time during which the buyer could not use the goods due to circumstances that depend on the seller, until they are eliminated by the seller.
The warranty period is extended by the time during which the product could not be used due to defects found in it, subject to notification of the seller.
The warranty period for the component the product is equal to the warranty period for the main product and begins to flow simultaneously with it.
In case of replacement of a product (component product) of inadequate quality with a product (component product) that meets the terms of the sales contract, the warranty period for it begins to leak from the moment of replacement.
Product warranty periodThe product warranty period is indicated in the warranty cards for each type of product, or in the contract for the supply or sale of goods.
Damage, breakage or destruction of products resulting from:
1. force majeure (natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, precipitation, hostilities, fires and other phenomena)
2. voltage drop in the network, which caused the failure of equipment, components and assemblies of equipment;
3. intentional actions of persons aimed at mechanical damage, destruction, arson, flooding, thermal effects, exposure to chemicals, etc.;
4. installation of equipment by a non-specialized installation company or without observing the installation rules specified in the operating instructions;
5. in other cases specified in the relevant product data sheets.
In the event of a warranty case, the seller replaces the warranty product or repairs it at his own expense within 2 working days from the date of confirmation of the warranty case, provided that the relevant spare parts are available and materials.
If the case was recognized as a warranty, the seller's specialists can repair the equipment at the expense of the owner of the equipment, after agreement with him.
